What is the weather like?
Look out of the window. Is it sunny, rainy, windy or snowy? That is the weather. The weather can be hot or cold, wet or dry, and it often changes from one day to the next.
Keeping track of the weather
You can keep a weather chart. Each day, draw the weather: a sun, a cloud, rain or snow. After a week or a month, look back at your chart. You may spot a pattern, like lots of rain in one season.
