Babies look like their parents
A kitten looks a lot like a grown-up cat, and a duckling looks like a duck. Animal babies look like their parents. They are not exactly the same, though. A kitten is much smaller, and it still has lots of growing to do.
Not exactly the same
Look at a mother dog with her puppies. The puppies look like their mother, but each one is a little different. One puppy has spots, another is brown all over, and a third has long, floppy ears. No two are exactly the same.
